Frontloadbearings offers the following Returns Policy: 

Bearing and seal sets may be returned within 30 days of receipt for a refund. We may take up to 3 business days to issue a refund and returns are subject to a restock charge. They must be returned in a re-saleable, uninstalled condition.

WARRANTY INFO: All seals and bearings have a 5 year replacement warranty. The warranty is only for non-commercial use. You must mail us back both bearings, the seal and a picture of the shaft for a replacement to take place. Please email us first that you have a warranty issue and obtain an RMA# to include with the shipmnet tom@frontloadbearings.com
